You can submit a request through email enquiry@akankshaa.in or on the phone.We will do our best to accommodate your request as soon as possible, usually within the same day.
The standard size for rings on our site is a 7 for ring & 2.4 for bangle. If you need another size then the standard ones please contact us & We will assist u with the sizing.

We accept online payment. Bank details will be provided for the same.
We ship our jewellery through our trusted shipping partner.Your Jewellery is insured from our doorstep to yours.
Tracking details will be provided by us for your orders.
3 - 4 working weeks.
The parcel will not be delivered in your absence & you will be contacted for another attempt of delivery.
We provide lifetime exchange policy & we have a no returns policy.
International Shipping
We ship to major countries in the world.
For all international orders, your cart value should be minimum of $1000 which is inclusive of all shipping and handling charges.
Payments are accepted through online transfer.
Our international shipping partner is BVC.
You will receive your order within 4 weeks after the confirmation of the order. An email confirmation will be sent to you, once your product is dispatched from our warehouse. Our logistic partner will get in touch with you once your product reaches the destination.
Currently, we do not accept any returns or exchanges of our products in case of international orders
